Jason Biros served as Legal Adviser to the US Mission to the EU from 2015-2018, where he advised on international law relating to US-EU relations. Prior to this, Biros served in the US State Department's Legal Adviser's Office as Primary Legal Counsel to the Bureau of Intelligence and Research. He advised on a broad range of intelligence matters, including intelligence collection, analysis, and sharing, as well as on transnational law enforcement matters such as extradition and mutual legal assistance. Biros has also worked in private practice and was a Clerk at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
