Elisabetta Biasin is a Doctoral Researcher at the KU Leuven Centre for IT & IP Law (CiTiP), a Research Fellow at the Stanford Law School’s Transatlantic Technology Law Forum (TTLF), and an External Collaborating Expert on Data Protection of Big Data and Real-World Data at the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Her PhD concerns the re-conceptualisation of Accuracy in data protection and AI. She is involved in the In Silico World and CORE-MD projects, where she researches on healthcare AI, data, and cybersecurity laws.
