Mélodie BERNAUX, MD, MSc, MPH works in the international and european affairs department of the french Ministry of Health eHealth Delegation. She works on the ethical issues of digital health and leads the French working group on the draft regulation for a European health data space. Before joining the eHealth delegation, she has been in responsible for developing and executing bioethics policy at the French ministry of Health and member of the Council of Europe Bioethics committee (CD BIO). Melodie rejoined the French Ministry of Health from Greater Paris University Hospitals where she was in charge of collecting and using medical data for strategic analysis and digital tools development.
