Julia Thorsøe Ballaschk is the Legal Chief Advisor on data protection in the Danish National Special Crime Unit (NSC). The NSC was established in 2022 to deal with the most complex and serious cases of economic crime, organised crime and cyber crime. The NSC investigates and prosecutes cases on its own and supports the Danish police districts with specialised expertise in the areas of forensics, it-investigations, analysis and intelligence.
