Hripsime is a PhD Researcher at the interdisciplinary Research Group on Law, Science, Technology and Society (LSTS) and the Fundamental Rights Research Centre (FRC) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her research focuses on digital divide and the right to Internet access as a new human right. She holds a Master’s degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw). Before joining the VUB Hripsime finalized a critical legal training on human rights strategic litigation at the International Crimes and Accountability department of the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights in Berlin.
