Tania Schröter is Deputy Head of Unit of the unit dealing with judicial cooperation in criminal matters and criminal procedural law in the European Commission, Directorate General for Justice and Consumers. She is part of the team which prepared and negotiated the two legislative proposals on e-evidence and is now implementing the new package. She was also involved in international negotiations on e-evidence (EU-US e-evidence agreement, UN Convention on Cybercrime, Second Additional Protocol to the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime).
