Barbara Lazarotto is a Postdoctoral researcher at the Law, Science, Technology and Society Research Group (LSTS) of Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and the Managing Director of the Brussels Privacy Hub, an academic research center associated with LSTS. Her research centres on the intersection of data protection and data governance, particularly the secondary use of personal and non-personal data within the EU regulatory framework. Elora Fernandes (Remote Speaker)

Elora Fernandes is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the KU Leuven Centre for IT and IP Law (CiTiP – Belgium), where she works on the ORCHID project. The project aims to analyze the interplay between the GDPR and other legislation within the EU Digital Rulebook through the lens of children's rights. Previously, she worked in NGOs focused on digital rights in different countries and served as a Trainee and Interim Legal Officer at the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS).

Isabela Maria Rosal

KU Leuven

Isabela Rosal is a doctoral legal researcher at the Centre for IT & IP Law (CiTiP) of KU Leuven. Her doctoral research focuses on the balance between the rights to truth and personal data protection, following a human rights perspective based on the Inter-American and the European Courts of Human Rights. Currently, Isabela is part of the EDPB's volunteer support pool of experts and is involved in different research projects on data governance, including ENACT and CEDAR.
