Stanisław Tosza is Associate Professor in Compliance and Law Enforcement at the University of Luxembourg, where teaches and researches comparative and European criminal law, white-collar crime, compliance law and cyberlaw. He is also the Secretary General of the International Association of Penal Law (AIDP). He researches in particular the role of tech companies in law enforcement. Together with Vanessa Franssen he is the co-editor and author of "The Cambridge Handbook of Digital Evidence in Criminal Investigations" forthcoming at CUP in December 2024.
