Raegan serves as ICFG’s policy advisor on Neurotech and Emerging Technology Governance. She is also the founder and director of the Policy Leadership Initiative, a program that supports, educates and empowers diverse leadership in the digital policy sphere, which is being incubated at Aspiration, a nonprofit capacity building organisation focused on digital leadership. Prior to her current roles, Raegan was Director of Public Policy at Mozilla, and before that she established and led Access Now’s Brussels Office. She has also held board roles at European Digital Rights (EDRi) and Digital Freedom Fund, and is a graduate of the University of Vienna and the University of Leipzig, where she earned her Masters in Global Studies.
