The registration fee covers entrance to 1, 2 or 3 full days of conference and all side events, coffee breaks, lunch and VAT.
If you have registered as academic, student, NGO or press you will be asked to upload a proof of status during registration
(scan student/personnel card, NGOs company registration numbers or website, presscard).

CPDP2017 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received no later than december 15, 2016 entitle registered persons to a full refund less 100 euro administration costs.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to: email@example.com
Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Substitution policy / name change
The delegate can replace the name on the booking until 19 January 2017 by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
