Registration fees for CPDP 2013
Each day is a self-contained conference and you can register to attend 1, 2 or all 3 days.
For 3 days of participation we will have an early bird registration fee (till 30/12/2012).
- General fee for 1 day 300 euro
- General fee for 2 days 450 euro
- General fee for 3 days 500 euro**
- Early bird for 3 days 470 euro (till 30/12/2012)**
- Academic fee for 1 day 200 euro
- Academic fee for 2 days 300 euro
- Academic fee for 3 days 350 euro**
- Student fee for 1 day 85 euro
- Student fee for 2 days 100 euro
- Student fee for 3 days 125 euro
- NGO fee for 1 day 50 euro
- NGO fee for 2 days 75 euro
- NGO fee for 3 days 100 euro
** incl. 1 copy of the CPDP 2013 Conference Book, published after the conference

The delegate fee needs to be paid before attending the congress! It is not possible to receive your entrance badge without payment.

- Members Belgium Orde 75 euro
- Non Members 100 euro

WAY OF PAYMENT
- By bank transfer (you will receive an invoice)
- Cash at the registration desk on site in the venue Les Halles upon arrival*
- By bank card (pin) (NO CREDIT CARDS) at the registration desk on site in the venue Les Halles upon arrival
*An ATM machine is located at the ING BANK Schaerbeek, Koningsstraat 267/Rue Royal 267: a 5 minutes' walk from the venue Les Halles (behind the church).

CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be given on cancellations at least 30 days before the event takes place. An administration charge of € 50 will be made for all cancellations until 4th of January 2013. Any cancellation made after 4th of January 2013 will not receive a refund. Cancellation requests are only accepted by sending an e-mail message to info@cpdpconferences.org. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
