Short BIO

Bibi van den Berg (1975) studied Philosophy at Erasmus University Rotterdam and has been working on a dissertation entitled ‘The Situated Self: Identity in a World of Ambient Intelligence’ at the same university since 2004. In her dissertation she researches the consequences of the realization of the technological vision of the near future of Philips and the European Commission, entitled Ambient Intelligence, for the construction and expression of identities.
