Short BIO

Peter Leppelt is co-founder and CEO of the privacy company praemandatum UG in Hanover, Germany. After his studies of electrical engineering he worked two years as a project engineer, followed by two years as member of the research staff of the Institute of Microelectronic Systems at the Leibniz University Hanover. In 2008 he and Wulf Bolte founded praemandatum.

 

CPDP Conference 2012 presentation 'The Value of Respect'

As a privacy company praemandatum advises private customers how to protect their data. Companies as well as educational facilities obtain the knowledge to protect the personal data of their customers, employees and students. Over the years we noticed an increasing awareness and demand for the whole privacy topic. This talk tries to point out some possible reasons for this process and why companies should respect their customers.
