Short BIO
Roger Brownsword is Professor of Law and Director of TELOS, King's College London. He is also an Honorary Professor in Law at the University of Sheffield. In an academic career spanning 40 years, he has some 200 publications. His recent books include Consent in the Law (Hart, Oxford, 2007) (with Deryck Beyleveld), Rights, Regulation and the Technological Revolution (Oxford University Press, 2008) and Regulating Technologies (Hart, Oxford, 2008) (co-edited with Karen Yeung). He and Han Somsen will act as general editors of a new journal, Law, Innovation and Technology, to be launched in 2009.
